ABOUT THE LEAMINGTON TRAFFIC STUDY

The Municipality of Leamington is undertaking a Transportation Study to develop a long-range vision for the Traffic Study area – Erie Street South, Oak Street, Sherk Street and Seacliff Drive.

The study team will review the current and projected traffic / transportation situation within the study area, identifying issues/opportunities to recommend practical solutions in keeping with local guiding principles.

The Traffic Study will assess traffic operations for 2020 and a 10-year horizon forecast to 2030. The study will review options for connectivity of various travel modes and potential network improvements.

SHARE YOUR FEEDBACK

Collecting community feedback is considered a vital aspect for success of the study. Whether you are a resident, business owner, worker or occasional visitor, you are invited to share your traffic operation, cycling and walking experiences for the study area. Your experiences are important and sharing of this information will help in the assessment and understanding of issues faced by the community.

VIRTUAL PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT SESSION #1

The Municipality will be collecting the community's feedback of the Leamington Traffic Study through a virtual Open House. The virtual Open House will be available starting Janurary 13, 2021.

The Municipality continues to encourage all those interested in the Study to provide feedback by Janurary 29, 2021, by submitting a feedback form available here.
